Framer
It has been a hell of a few weeks.
First of all, my framer gave his 2 weeks yesterday. I can't say that I am unhappy, because I am not. I was hoping he would quit before I had no choice but to fire him. His attitude sucks big time and things came to a head when he mouthed off at Browneye during a staff meeting. Browneye was patient to a point and then he ripped this guy a new asshole. This guy has been written up three times by me.
I saw it coming and predicted it. I think he thought I would be upset when he gave me the news, but I almost jumped up and hugged him. Now he is off to his next victim.
(Note to self: next time you hire someone, be sure you take very careful notice of choppy resumes.)
I finally had my Grand Opening this week. I know, I know, I opened in December, but the compnay likes us to wait a bit before the big bru-ha-ha. It was Thursday, Friday and today. I was disappointed as today was sunny. I pray for rain now as rainy days are my best days.
