Here at he Store
Hi all!
Just me posting from my office at the store. I'm waiting for rush hour to end. it's a rainy shitty night and I do not want to get stuck in traffic.
I would love if you all could cross your fingers and toes...my final inspection for the C of O is Monday. Once I get this, I should be home free.
I've been here all week anyway...it has been one hell of a week. My new employee is a godsend...my contractor was out sick for 2 days and my employee was a big help in putting stuff together, including this one piece of machinery that we were all circling around. He is taking initiative and also telling me when he *doesn't* know something...a big plus!
I had a break this morning as my employee started with the contractor at 8AM. I did not have to rush to be here to open at 10...I had to take Spencer to be hydrated this morning, so timing would hve been tight. I actually had the time to stop in the home decor store and order the blind for my office window.
My office is nice. I made it as small as possible, but ordered some nice looking cherry veneer furniture and a cherry file cabinet...leather back chair...comfy-cosy.

And...I'm getting calls here and there from potential customers. How cool is that?
