Thanksgiving 2004
Did the family thing.
Browneye was so sick that I doubted he would make it to my parents' house. I'm glad he did as I would have worried about him losing air and dropping dead.
He hardly slept last night and spent most of the night online so he could sit up. He's sleeping now, so I hate to wake him to go to bed.
It was just me, Browneye, my parents,my brother and SIL and their kids. The kids are older (15 and 11) so they are not annoying anymore. They are actually interesting and I can have normal conversations with them.
The older I get, the more I realize that I am just like my mother.
Also, it was funny hearing the talk about who was working tomorrow...only my SIL has to work. I seemed so far removed from this as I haven't worked in 3 weeks...at least not at a typical job with a boss and stuff.
I still need to head out to the store tomorrow as I will need to wait for any UPS...also, while I sit, I play around with the POS system on my laptop. Browneye will probably join me.
