Worries, worries, worries....
Monday is the telltale day.
Monday is make or break time.
I find out if I get my Certificate of Occupancy (CoO) on Monday.
And everything depends on the CoO.
The rest of my financing comes after I get my CoO...and hopefully I will get the right CoO.
I ordered a sign, but they will not start to make it until I give them 50% down and I cannot get the $$ to them unless I get the rest of the money from the SbA.
And get this...I cannot get the money unless I get a permanent CoO, and because the permits for the sign have been submitted, I may only be able to get a temporary CoO. My contractor has nothing to do with the sign, and he filed for a permanent one and I hope that that's what I will get.
If I do not get that, I don't know what I will do. I will probably have to cash in my 401K and pay mondo taxes because I have a lot of expenses I need to cover.
Please cross your fingers that I get it, as once I get the permit for the sign, it takes 4-6 weeks to make and then I have to wait for the CoO for it. God knows how long it will take to just get the permits for them to start making it.
I fucked up big time on this one.
